Clinician Referrals
Backing The Blue - Denton often receives requests for mental health providers who are not
a part of their agency EAP, not on their insurance or for a therapist who "just gets it".
Complete this form if you would like to be considered for our list of culturally competent professionals. We will not be selecting providers for anyone but will provide them with a list
of culturally competent professionals with whom we have personally vetted and connected with.
